Just a quick note to say thanks to all of you who responded to my 235 vs
261 question.
I have decided to go with the 261, and will mate it with an automatic
tranny and a new rear end. This set up will eventually be installed in
my 54 convertible project, but for now I'm still trying to finish my
stock 49, so it'll be a while.
