[oletrucks] Bed Removal??

I am planning on taking the bed and the running boards off of my 
1949 Chevy 3100 this weekend so that I can get the cab sanded 
and primed.

Is there only the 8 bolts (4 on each side) to the bed?

Does anybody know how many bolts there are to remove the 
running boards?
