When you pull the wiper arm off, there's a round opening at the base of the
arm. This is where the arm holds a metal bushing, about 1/2 inch wide, a
little less than 1/2 inch deep, with a hole in the middle. This metal
bushing presses over the part that sticks out from the cowl. When the wiper
arm was taken off, the bushing must have come off with it, and gotten lost.
That's the part I need, if you have it.
