[oletrucks] Gauge Questions

I am trying to find out if my gauges work.  

The gas gauge works and the battery gauge works, but the 
temperature and oil pressure gauge will not reach.  I have a 292 in a 
1949 pickup that I am rebuilding.

Does anybody have suggestion on what I can do to get those to 
reach.
