Brad,

Has the truck recently sat out in a rain storm or
under a sprinkler? Did you fill the tank from a
container that was exposed to water/condensation?  I
am thinking of water in the gas as a possiblilty as I
have seen this a million times in small engines -- OK
maybe a hundred.
