My original speedometer needle was white (sorta clear) in my 48. I couldn't
find a new white one so I'm using red. Anyone found white?

LMC says that the speedo needle was changed to red in 1949 but doesn't say
what color it changed from. Brothers says white for 47-53. IMHO I think
that it should be orange but don't have the documentation to back it up.
