Seems to me that's exactly what he did.  If you read his statement he's talking 
about his experience with a vendor, not someone else's.  I think it benefits 
everyone when people relate these kinds of problems.  It helps us decide who we 
want to do business with, and it lets any vendors reading know they have 
unsatisfied customers. 

Used to be that one unsatisfied customer was no big deal to a vendor.  What's 
the worst he could do, tell his buddies?  Now, with the internet, one 
dissatisfied customer can relate his problems to thousands of interested 
people.  If anything I would think most vendors would sit up and take notice of 
this and strive to be a little more accommodating when it comes to customer 
service.  

I had a similar problem with RB's Obsolete a year or so ago and because of that 
experience I'll never buy from them again.  There's simply too many vendors out 
there.  You just don't have to  deal with nit wits if you don't want to.

others.  Posting your experiences & preferences (or lack thereof) might be
