Help!
Does anyone out there know of a source for gas tank straps for
55-59 GMC/Chevy panels? I have one that broke off as I was removing it.
The other one is just about rusted through. I'm also looking for any
drawings or photos that show the correct routing of the gas line from
the tank to the fuel pump.
I finally got the 58 GMC long bed 3/4 ton fleetside that I bought
for the 336 V8. It is badly rusted, but there are some salvagable
parts. Please let me know off list with any needs. I mentioned this once
before I got it, but I can't find the email from someone who wanted the
front trim. I have the grill, a bumper and one each of a GMC and a V8
badge that are chrome but need re chroming. I also have the hood badge
and the hood is in good shape.
