Dan,

To remove the windshield you need to cut the rubber away on the inside of
the cab and pull the rubber, glass, and trim to the outside as a unit.
After you have it out on the ground  you can simply bend back the rubber and
remove the trim then the glass.  Remember to install the glass into the
rubber then the trim into the rubber before you put the new glass back into
the truck.
