[oletrucks] '49 3100 recirculating heater and defroster

Is there supposed to be hoses running up to the defroster vents on the dash?

Mine hasn't got this and the windshield says fogged over in the rain.

Gotta get to the hardware store and cobble something together.

Also will try some Rain-X antifog juice.
