Ward,
    So much depends on if you want to keep the original equipment....If
keeping original just replacing all the worn parts will suffice. If you
want to upgrade the parts---1st-get the limit increased on your credit
cards (joke), there are kits to add power brakes with the new booster going
in the original master cyclinder location, oh 400 bucks or so for the kit.
If you want power disk brakes add another 500 minimum for the disk brake
conversion kit for the fronts. As for steering---power conversion kit will
'bout 150 for the hardware and you still have to buy the pump, mouting
brackets, and of course another steering column with borgeson joints... Can
get very very pricey for such an upgrade..    --wayne
