[oletrucks] tune up

I am trying to fine tune my 49 GMC 228. It runs pretty good but while
idling every once in awhile will backfire thru the carb...I think I have
the timing and mixture set right so any thoughts as to what would be
causing this problem would be appreciated. I am sure someone once told
me what causes that but I can't remember.
