[oletrucks] Engine+trans removal

Just a note of thanks for the info that Mike, Henry
Eric and Jon provided concerning the ball collar.  I
had to remove the bolts from the cross member and it
slid back easily.  Also to those who responded to the
question I had earlier about the nasty engine noises
coming out of the 216.  Thanks gentlemen.
