  Since you asked for comments...from my perspective whomever ventures into
this will now have to go into competition with the other aftermarket
vendors who already offer a gearset for the original diff's.   Might be
tough going, not sure.

  My next comment is unless someone want's to have a "number's matching"
rearend housing, I think the idea of rebuilding an original rear with a new
gear set is not the way to go...there's a plethora of interchangable
rearends that come in a variety of flavors, that with a minimal amount of
welding can be adapted to these trucks.  I guess the guys running a
torque-tube rear may require additional work, so maybe that's a
consideration.

  Anyway, I'm not a complete purist at heart, so other opinions may vary;)
