We put a Petronics (?) unit on my 78 IH Scout, with a 345 V-8. My son-in-law
drives it a lot, and he said he couldn't believe how much easier it started,
and how much smoother it ran (I had just had the engine professionally
rebuilt). And I ubderstand it doesn't take much to convert back to standard
ignition if the electronics go belly up. Bob K in PHX, AZ.
