You may have air in the system again or have lost brake fluid some where,,
Check closely and make sure the bleeder valves are tight and not leaking, check
the fluid level, look for leaks in ALL the lines, wheel cylinders, all
fittings,, brake fluid doesnt need to be running down the side of the wheel to
be leakingat a cylinder, (although it helpful to spot a leak),it could be a
small leak that is contained out of site that is letting air in and not much
fluid out,, you may have to remove the drums, peel back the dust covers on the
wheel cylinders to inspect them completly, At any rate,, you have to stop the
leak,, another place to check is your master cylinder again it may have
problems with sealing around the piston due to wear of the bore, you may have
to get it sleeved or replaced, after repairs rebleed the sytem starting with
the wheel the furthest away from the master and work towards the master
cylinder, Adjust the slack with an adjustment spoon (our old trucks dont have
self adjusters) Good luck hope you get the bugs worked out safely.Richard
