[oletrucks] Headlight switch

I just got a headlight switch from Chevy Duty, the one with the original
knob.  It isn't exactly like the original and I can't figure out how to
remove the shaft with the knob (or if I'm susposed to?) in order to
install it in the dash.  It doesn't have a button you push like the
original to release it.  The knob is on the shaft on the end where the
shaft is threaded.  In front of that it has the nut that goes on the
outside of the dash.
