PLEASE READ CAREFULLY...

Well, looks like all the ducks are in a row and ready to start getting our
real orders in...
As mentioned in the initial survey, the shirts are white (no pocket), the
logo will be on the back. Shirts are 100% pre shrunk cotton and is the
exact same shirts that have been used before. Those having shirts from an
older run, know they are quality shirts and hold up very well.. The artwork
is available for viewing at

The shirts cost are going to be:
$7 for small
$8 for med through x-large
$9 for xx and xxx large
Please go to the ordering form at
http://www.chevytrucks.org/t-shirtorder.htm and submit your order.
I will be taking orders for 2 weeks, and they will be taken to the printers
on June 16th, i'll remind every few days till then with a final reminder
the week before... It'll take them about 1.5 weeks to get the job in their
cycle and get completed. I'll be starting shipping immediately after
receiving. Have to sort, package and label all the shipping and the will
have assistance from the lovely wife on this. It'll be a bit of work with
200-230 shirts expected in ordering. They'll be sent out in a few different
waves--post office looks at ya funny when ya come in with 100 boxes at one
time.
Priority mail is going to be the best and easiest way for me to get
these out, I won't have to pay for the boxes or the envelopes. Shipping
will be a flat 4 dollars per shirt--- I hate to charge this above the
normal 3.85 normal rate but this will ensure that all the shipping fees
will be covered and to compensate for some running around on this project
including packaging and labeling, and to cover fees associated with the
paypal payments. John warned me of the shipping as this is where he always
got caught short. I'm unsure about our Canadian friends--If I send via USPS
are there any additional tariffs or taxes you'll have to pay?? Just be sure
you are aware of this if in Canada...
Payment can be made through paypal or you can send a personal
check/money order to my home mailing address. Those who use paypal know the
process, I didn't create a template form for paypal, so just login via your
account and send payment to the account mentioned on the order
form. Please pay at your earliest convenience and knowing up front that
the shipping will not commence till the last week of June-any problems, I
guarantee a solution... I'll acknowledge all payments received back to the
sender when I receive if sent via USPS-paypal will give you the
confirmation. Payment must be received before your shirt will be shipped.
If your order and do not pay--only person you're hurting is me and your
integrity. I'll also fund a few over-runs of the more common sizes to have
a few extra on hand incase of any problems or lost shipments.
My hosting server has been having a few problem lately with front page
extensions, this has caused some frustration with forms so don't convict me
is we have any initial problems. Hopefully they have things squared away
and if problem arise, please let me know and i'll take orders via email.
I've been on them enough, so hopefully it's all straight now...
Thanks --wayne
