But I'd have to wonder if the sheet medal would be strong enough? I'd think
you'd want a pretty hefty anchor plate to spread the stress if you were
actually in an accident. Even at 35-40 mph you would put a lot of stress on
the belt.  Just a thought. You want something STRONGER than you'll ever
