I believe Juliano's web site has some information on installing 3 point
belts in a big window cab. They recommend cutting out a thin section
between the rear window and door frame and welding-in a piece they sell with
a nut welded to the back side for the shoulder anchor bolt.
I was thinking of doing this, but then chickened-out because I'm not good at
welding and was worried about cutting and welding in so close and area
without damaging the rear window rubber seal. If down the road I decide to
'rod' my truck, I'm looking at buying a seat with shoulder belts built-into
the headrest (later Dodge Dakota pickups and Buick cars have this type of
