Tom,
Put about a gallon of acid in a five gallon bucket then fill the rest with
water. For extra kick and cleaning add a little bit of Tide washing powder.
Use this only in a well ventilated area as it is very caustic. Spread it out
with an old corn broom and pressure wash the floor as you go. If you are
going to paint the floor, neutralize it the next day with vinegar and water
spread the same way. Once it all dries you can paint the floor with a good
concrete sealing paint. After that the oil and gas spills will wipe up
easily. Good luck and wear plenty of protective clothing.
