[oletrucks] brake lines

Looking at the prop valve closer revealed an reduced that took it down to 
1/4 inch lines, I'll go to my bud at NAPA today and get the same style 
reducer that will take it to 3/16 so I can use it all over. 1/4 is so close 
to 3/16, pretty obvious there is no reducer for this small change.    --wayne
