I'd be more worried about how to be able to afford 720 gallons of
oil...how long does that last?

When I was a kid growing up in Florida, we had an above-ground tank,
that was maybe 100 gallons.  Now the house at Corrosion Acres is total
electric, with a fireplace for backup.  But it's a lot milder in the
winter here, I reckon.
