[Shop-talk] shopvac recommendations

I need to buy a shop vac.  What's the current choice?

I'm looking for something 10 gallons +/-, for which I can get a
so-called HEPA filter.  General home improvement type uses, vacuum out
cars, normal stuff.  Needs to go up and down stairs easily, so not a
super heavy one.
