Just thought I'd share my pain...
Next week I'm going to finally begin fabricating the new frame for my spit
V8 conversion. I'm using a mustang II front end and I discovered that one
side of my front end is slightly damaged! DAMN! More parts to buy. The
moral of this story: Always look at a front end in daylight and not in a
dark shed! Oh well.

My goal is to have the frame rolling by the end of the week. I'll let you
know how it goes.

Opinions Please!
I'm thinking of using a couple of Corbeau http://www.corbeau.com Clubman
seats in my spit. I'm told that they make a bracket that is only 1.5
inches high. Any opinions on this setup? Of course I'm tempted to use the
classic bucket since it'll look really nice, but I wonder how hot that
black vinyl will get in the sun.
