Hello all. I have finally figured out my lighting woes thats to the help of
a number of people and the generosity of Andy Mace (Thanks all!) and now a
trip up to Brittish Miles will finish the job. I now have a horn
question...

The horn fuse (that 14A fuse coming off of the starter silinoid) is blown (I
watched it blow, acctually after reconnecting that lead to the solinoid and
opening the door - the horn blasted for 20 sec or so and then the fuse blew
and the horn shut up)... I have been told that I need to replace the horn
relay (as it seems like the horn push is ok, but I will check it again
before I start)...

Well, Vickie Brit sent me a round one to replace the rectangular one that is
there... and the wiring diagrams are not being helpful. I see it, and I see
the three wires that need to be hooked up... but why are there only 3?
Shouldnt a relay need 4? With the handy diagram on top of the relay, it
seems like power would go on "87", the horns on "30/51" and the switch on
either "85" or "86" - but it seems I would need power on the "85" or "86"
that the switch is not on to actuate the magnet... but the old relay was a
3 wire hookup...

hmm... any ideas?

thanks in advance

(btw - just so you all know, I sell/build/fix PCs for a living, so if anyone
has any computer questions, please feel free to e-mal me directly)
