Do you have any secrets for getting a Spitfire 1500 engine with 9:1
compression, Weber DGV carb, and performance cam to idle anywhere near
1000 RPM? Mine wants to stay up around 1500 - 1800 RPM. I get lots of
power between 2000 - 4000 RPM, but the idle drives me nuts, especially
at traffic lights.
