There are a couple of places worth looking to  check out any structural
problems...1) the base of the A post, there is a seam where it meets the
curved section of the door aperture
2) the base of the A post where it meets the floor inside the car, from the
floor to the first cut out section about 3 inches up.
I found terrible rust in the second place which gave a lot of play ot the a
post, and hence the door...
However I could see none at the second until I stripped the paint and put my
thumb through the paper thin metal..
I now have anoother problem, the sag is fixed but the bottom rear corner of
the door won't sit flush with the body..
the only way I can see of rectifying it is to shim the top hinge...
Is this allowed?
