Rear lamp arrangements

Hi, All.
The change from "69" to "70" rear lamp arrangements on the GT was made 
starting with KC 75000 (I don't recall if I've ever seen what the final 
comm. No. of the previous specification was), the reclining seats were 
fitted starting with the same comm. No.  I think they used the same starting 
No. on the Spits (Andy?).
