The answer is Yes! I do know of somebody who can tune your carbs. You
can! Get yourself a Haynes manual and you will discover just how easy
it is. You can get the book for a lot less than a mechanic would charge
to tune your carbs. Then you can do it again when necessary without
costing a cent.
