It is called "RUST CONVERTER'. There are many manufacturers. I use a brand
by Pliasti-cote. You should be able to get this at Advance Auto parts or
any other chain Auto store. It is great stuff. I pt it on everything
before paint.

Ok, before I put my seats back in, the bottom of the tracks has a little
rust on them. I know I've heard others talk about some rust paint, that
supposedly turns rust back into metal, or something like that. What's
the name, and how good is it?
