Alan, be careful that the extra width of that 2nd seal isn't too wide
with the door window up. I added that one over the existing furflex trim
(which was fine by itself) and in a couple days the door window cracked
from the extra pressure when closing the door, and window, against it.
YMMV, but if the furflex seal doesn't let the window leak, you may want
to leave well enough alone.
