Shift knobs

Anybody know if a TR7 knob will fit on the Spit/GT6 lever?  Looks like
there was an early and a late model knob for the TR7, if that makes a
difference.  I'm looking for a 5-speed shift pattern on top of a leather
knob . . .  come to think of it, I'm just assuming I have a Triumph
shift lever (looks like it, though).
