Yeah Brad, they used to say pretty much the same about Seattle.  Let it be 
known that I escaped the constant rain and am now living in
the desert.  It does rain here but then quickly gets it out of its system and 
goes back to Triumph driving weather.

I guess you can safely say that such surveys are very subjective and include 
such things as the availability of operas and art museums
which I can pass without any misgivings.
