It might well fit, but they're not the same. Due to the smaller engine bay
of the Midget, BL had to fit a slightly less generously proportioned
exhaust manifold to the Triumph 1500 engine in the Midget. As a result,
power was slightly down, compared to the same engine in the Spitfire.
