Paul Tegler had/has a US made one up on his web page.
I've heard both good and bad about that specific one, though
I have no hands on experience with it myself. You could contact
him to see what's the latest on this version of the hub puller.

The Triumph Sports Six Club in England sells a rear hub puller for
Spitfires. Is anyone aware if someone in the US makes or sells a repro of
the original Triumph tool? Has anyone bought one of theirs?
