Good question - I know I had read some info on this in an earlier thread.
I also saw mention of kenlowe fans, but not which models or sizes.
Any info or ideas would be appreciated by me as well, including thermostat
control switches, where & how to mount, etc...

Subject: Electric cooling fan

Hi All,

I'm planning to pillage my local scrapyard next week for an electric
cooling fan for my 76 1500; can anyone of you who has installed a used
fan point me in the direction of likely suspects - it's cold here and I
don't relish the thought of lifting a few hundred hoods in the search.
I though I'd heard BMWs as a possibility - anybody used a Honda fan?
Any suggestions appreciated.
