Paul and listers,
I just have to put my two cents here for what it's worth.
We are new to LBC's, but not to restorations in general, we have restored
several
other vehicles from the ground up. Now we are tackling something new again and,
as we
all know, the learning never stops. So, ANY information, may it be a
complaint, a
technical help, even just a joke to keep us all in a happy mood, is appreciated
and
helpful to us.
I tell you one thing. In 35 years of automotive work and restoration, Wilf and
I have
never had this much support and camaraderie as we received from you people out
there.
Every piece of information, may it be possessive or negative, is invaluable and
useful
to us. We use the information as we need it, we don't judge it, and we also
appreciate
the encouragement we have received from many of you.
Yes, the jobs and the hunt for parts can be frustrating, don't we know it?

And, while I'm at it, I want to thank all the people who have created those
wonderful
web sites, not only sharing their stories, but also their technical knowledge.
There
is simply too many names to be mentioned. These web sites are invaluable for
many of
us who struggle with new, old, or different technologies. You people have given
so
much of your time, knowledge, and dedication to the betterment of LBC's and
their
owners. Thank you in the name of all of us who use these sites

So, in my opinion, blowing of steam is OK once in a while. We're, after all, just
human.
Let's keep the good spirit up and have fun with our cars.
