JCWhitney.com has a doodad for $7.99US that does the trick. Its called a
'Lights-On Alarm' and the sku to search for is 73ZX4756N. They have a
fancier one for $40 (sku 13ZX4136T ) that does all sorts of other wondrous
things. I went for the cheapo one after my better(much) half left the lights
on one too many times, running the battery flat.
