I'd like to buzz in on this one. I picked up an item from a clearance
table in WalMart. It's in a blister pack that is titled "Headlights
Left-On Reminder Kit" It is made by 3M and has a part # 03796. It's
designed to clip onto the dash light fuse.

It is basically a piezo buzzer with two wires and two collars that fit
around the ends of the fuses. The instructions (paraphrased) say to make
sure everything but the headlights is turned off. Connect the red wire to
the fuse for the instrument lights and touch the white wire to other
fuses until the buzzer sounds, then turn the key on to make sure the
buzzer goes off.

I don't know how well this works. It is still low on the installation
priority list. If you need more info, let me know.
