3 piece clutch kit

Looking at the Clutch kit form SpitBits...i am assuming that the 3 piece kit
comes with the clutch plate, pressure plate, and release bearing?

Please correct me if i am wrong.

Also, $99.99 USD is that a good price for that kit?  Or should i go with just
a clutch and pressure plate and save a few bucks?

One more question, in everyones experience, what is the easiest way to swap
out a clutch?
