Adam,

I'd buy synchros, gaskets, bearings, seals, and all circlips.  On my last
rebuild, I also bought the thrust washers on the mainshaft that you can order
different thicknesses.  I found on my previous two rebuilds, that I had to
order different widths to get the correct tolerances.  They're not that
expensive, so I just ordered all available sizes.  I think they're about $1.50
each and there is one that comes in three sizes.  Also order the O-rings and
oil seal for the speedometer bearing assembly.  You may have to replace the
small indent balls and springs in the synchro hub assemblies.

Two out of three rebuilds required a new oil slinger.  And one out of three
needed a new layshaft.  If the layshaft looks good with no scoring, I would
not replace it or the needle roller bearings (providing they too look smooth
and round).  I had some serious problems with poor quality replacement needle
rollers.
