Freddy seems to have developed a problem. Once the engine is good and warm,
foot to the floor throttle will result in loss of power at high revs - 3500
rpm+. If I back out of the throttle a bit, the power comes right back -
it's just that last bit of throttle travel that is a problem. This is a '69
1296 with dual SU HS-2s, a fast road cam profile but stock exhaust
manifold. No idea what needles are in the carbs, but I would suspect stock
69 issue.
Any thoughts?
