Jim

The Color Tune works well. My expeiriences with a Unisync made the car run worse

(my own expeirience) So I just tune them by ear now.
If you have a rich mixture, turn the 5/8" adjusting nut up about 1/2 turn for
each carb, reset the idle, it should increase if the car is running rich, and
test it out. If it keeps improving as you turn each carb up 1/2 a turn, continue
untill the car starts to sputter then turn the nuts down a bit.
If this is your first time under an SU, use the 1/2 turn each method and drive
the car.
Too much messing where you are not familiar could cause troubles.
If you use the Color Tune you should have no problems.

Good luck
Frank
