Subject: Gotta love em!!
Today was a day that touched my heart. After having all the holiday
financial woes I discovered that my regular car (Mustang) needed
1200.00 worth of repairs. Discussing this with my girlfriend I
suggested that my Bugeye might need to be sold to finance a it and a
few other things. This idea was met with many firm NOs and she offered
to sell her car instead! I could not accept her offer and will not
sell Cosmo. Concidering that it took me nearly 2 months just to get
her to ride in this "little bitty piece of crap", I am frankly amazed
and touched. By the way...it was 74 degrees today and she washed and
waxed Cosmo, checked the oil and tire pressure, adjusted the durn
valves (she watched me do it twice) and was gone on a road trip to my
sister-in-laws house before I could truly be awake!
Sometimes...you just gotta love em'
