I agree with Mike.  You should not just replave the fulcrum.  I tried this
and it didn't work.  I had play again after a year or two.  I think you
have 3 choices:

1) don't mess with fulcrum or kingpin.  Your parts don't sound extremely
worn out.  Do this if you are poor.

2) renew the fulcrum and A-arms.  You would have to cut the fulcrum
between the kinpin and A-arm on both sides of the kingpin to remove it.
(I have not done this).
Then try to get the stub of fulcrum out of the kingpin.  Rebuilt A-arms
are available.  Ask Peter C. if he can supply them. 

3) go all out and go for 2) along with new kingpins and new kingpin
bushings.  In this case, you can use a grinder to grind through kingpin
and fulcrum to separate A-arm and kingpin.  I have done this twice
(different cars). If you can find A-arms that don't require an exchange,
you don't have to separate anything and can throw kingpin and A-arm away
as a unit.  
Complete kingpin and upright units are availble, but I think
they are a poor value.  
Make sure you have the bushings reamed by someone
who has the special Spridget reamer! Again, ask Peter C. if they do this
job.
