Is the Barchetta pictured on Msr. Bernard's web page a FIAT?  Who designed
the body?  Bertone? Pininfarina?  Guigaro? What year is it?  Are they still
made? What is the drive train?  How are the chassis and body constructed?
Is it based on another car that I may have seen?  Inquiring minds........

Political Commentary:  Isn't it nice that we have a federal bureaucracy
(USDOT) to protect us from all of these dangerous little automobiles?

BTW, it doesn't look like a boat to me.
