Early Sprites and Midgets have the parking lights lower on the fender.
They changed this sometime in 1969 or 70. In prep for the thinner chrome
bumpers. I have seen more then one 69 Sprite with one of each fenders.
Not noticable unless you are looking for it or trying to adjust a
bumper.
There is about a 3/4" difference where the parking light is in relation
to the headlight.
