My experience is similar. Many of the Bay Area Big Healey owners I know own
Sprites too, and will freely admit they are more fun to drive. Last year I
urged Rick Feibusch to put all the Healey's together at the Palo Alto All
British Meet, which he did. It was one of the best showing, both in
quantity and quality, that I can recall. The Austin Healey Club of America
also won the award for best club support at the event. I heard comments
from Big Healey and Spridget owners alike, how much better it was to be all
together. If anything, I hear more predjudice from Spridget owners against
Big Healeys than vice-versa. Maybe this experience is more typical of
Northern Ca, or the  West Coast, but I know there are a few east coast Big
Healey owners on this list too.
