hmmm. now we are reinventing the wheel? the biggest problem will be a
cable set up that would be resistant to the ever popular cable stretch.
quickly followed by the fun of adjusting for free play. (free play...when
you get high score on an arcade game?) the self compensating hydraulic set
up disposed with all that.
and do not forget.....shielded cable with mounting brackets at both ends of
the shielding utilising a coated cable for a relativly friction free
travel.......or.....the ever popular lots-o-pulleys version? hmmm hydraulic
is sounding better and better! to me any way!
